This leading metal group is now seeking an internal audit professional to join their high profile audit department. The role will organise, supervise and conduct financial and operational audits to provide business management, with an independent view of risk management and control within the group. You will have a recognised audit or accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA or MIIA together with some industry experience. Detailed knowledge and experience of the principles of internal control with some knowledge of systems will also be beneficial. Good communication skills and the ability to design and manage audits are a must, also essential is the flexibility to travel around the UK.
